[D-I Manual] Build error due to changes today

You probably have a build error for the PDF version of your translation of 
the manual today:
   reference to non-existent ID "dhcpd"
   XRef LinkEnd to missing ID 'dhcpd'

This is due to removed condition for architectures. I have temporarily set 
that condition by default to allow you to catch up with the changes without 
unnecessary build errors, so your next build should be OK again (unless of 
course there are other issues).
