Please update debconf PO translation for the package base-config

Hi,

The base-config package man pages have recently been converted to gettext
(with po4a).

Existing man pages have been converted but need some review. All strings are
marked fuzzy for that reason (except for French which was checked during the
conversion process).

As we have no easy way to know who exactly did the last translation before
gettext conversion, we did set translation teams as "Last-Translator"
temporarily.

Please take time to update this file and submit it as a wishlist bug
against base-config.

Thanks,

Christian, in name of the D-I team, base-config package maintainer.
