Bug#320598: axyl: [PATCH] Please don't mark internal use only templates as translatable

Hello,
While updating Axyl's Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR) debconf template
translation I noticed that there's a template marked as translatable which
is said to be of internal use only.
If I don't translate it, as indicated, msgfmt will indicate that there's
one fuzzy template left to be translated and tools like
http://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po-debconf/pt_BR will never
indicate that axyl's Brazilian Portuguese debconf template transation is
100%.
Could you please apply the attached patch so the internal use only
template won't be exported to individual <lang>.po files ?
