If we developers agree to work under this kind of rules it should be
enough, but if there is an organization with the folowing goals:

   - "à materialização de projectos de promoção e difusão da Língua
Portuguesa, nomeadamente a dinamização do Instituto Internacional da
Língua Portuguesa e a criação de um Fundo Bibliográfico."

   - As actividades do Secretariado Executivo da C.P.L.P. têm por
objectivo último a cooperação entre os sete Estados membros nas áreas
da Língua, da Comunicação Social, da Mobilização de Recursos e do
Reforço das Capacidades Institucionais do estado.

   - Considerando que o Português é uma das línguas mais faladas em todo o
mundo e constitui a marca mais viva de um património comum dos Estados
que compoem a C.P.L.P., estabeleceu-se como prioridade a sua
valorização, que passará pelo intensificar da cooperação,
principalmente a nível universitário, da formação profissional e dos
diversos sectores da investigação científica e tecnológica.

And with
   -  A CPLP dispõe também de um Fundo Especial, alimentado por
contribuições voluntárias de entidades públicas e privadas, para apoio
a acções concretas.

Maybe we can have some funding, material, bandwith, participation in
international events and contacts with other contries with Portuguese
Language.

More important is the need that the Free software have to be more and more
suported by politichal organizations.
