The translation is now online. There was a build error because I forgot
to commit one file but this is now fixed.

The footer of each page contains:
"This page is also available in the following languages:"

To add Persian you need to edit english/template/debian/languages.wml. I
added already (not yet committed)

persian    => "fa",

to line 30 but you need to add also the Persian translation of Persian.
Is it just "Farsi"? Probably not, as this is only a transliteration ...
See other languages for examples.

Next you should translate english/po/templates.pot which contains basic
strings.
