Missing template in /international/l10n/po4a - webwml failed

(please CC me, I'm not subscribed to l10n-korean)
Thanks for your translation work!
The website failed to build korean/international/l10n/po4a folder because it
needs the file tmpl.src (see below).
I have committed a copy of the English one in /korean/international/l10n/po4a
folder, to make possible the build.
If you can/want, please check out that file and translate it (meanwhile the
www.debian.org/international/l10n/po4a/index.ko.html will show mixed Korean and
English, I guess).
