Builds of evince-hwp in minimal environments (as on the autobuilders)
have been failing:

     debian/rules override_dh_autoreconf
  make[1]: Entering directory `/«PKGBUILDDIR»'
  mkdir /«PKGBUILDDIR»/m4
  intltoolize --copy --force
  make[1]: intltoolize: Command not found
  make[1]: *** [override_dh_autoreconf] Error 127

Please declare a build dependency on intltool and confirm with
pbuilder or the like that you haven't missed any others.
