[RFR] po4a://developers-reference/fr.po



Salut la liste, Raphaël en copie,

Je viens de mettre à jour la version française de la référence du
développeur Debian. Une des grosses modifications de la version anglaise
est le passage au pluriel qui permet d'éviter le genre masculin, mais en
français, « ça ne marche pas ». Raphaël et les autres, avez vous des
idées ou conseils pour reformuler le texte de façon plus ouverte ?

Pour ma part, je n'apprécie pas vraiment les formulations du genre
« l'utilisat{eur,ice} » et préfère la version logue mais correcte (aussi
bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit du coup) « l'utilisateur ou l'utilisatrice »,
mais avec pour conséquence de rendre les formulations plus lourde et au
pluriel… Je ne me suis pas encore lancé dans l'exercice.
