As Philippe did a review, I shoul dhave sent a Last Call for Comments
for quite a while, but completely forgot about it.

Here it is.
Arthur, please use that file if you need the French translation now.

For the sake of it, I also send it immediately as a bug report.

Pour les traducteurs: vou spouvez encore relire la traduction. S'il y
a des modifications suggérées, je les réenverrai dans le rapport de
