Michelle, you should use the X-debbugs-CC: header field when you want
to CC someone (or a list) to a bug report. Thus, the CC'ed person will
indeed receive the bug report ACK notification and know which number
was assigned to it.

Anyway, turning this in a "Work to Do" callso that one of the wondeful
French translator may take some time for completing the translation of
"mc". (Midnight Commander, right?).

Je m'aperçois que j'aurais du faire la réponse en français,
d'ailleurs..:-)
