New translations for Drupal package

Greetings, fellow Debian developers and translators!

Sergio Talens-Oliag <sto@debian.org> and I have been working together
to provide a well-maintained and (just as important) current Drupal
package.

I have gone through the existing maintainer scripts and rewritten
large parts of them. This has led to some Debconf strings being
dropped and to some new being added.

I would like to include translations to all the languages we have had
in the previous version of the pacakge tha next release we upload, so
please have a look at the current version of debian/templates in
CVS[1] and send me updated translations.
