Putting my "old" fr.po file in debian/po and run debconf-updatepo

2 translated messages, 1 fuzzy translation, 7 untranslated messages.
As the submitter for the "please switch to po-debconf bug", with full
patch included.....I would have appreciated being warned that my
further bug with the french translation was obsoleted by changes you
added while fixing bugs....that would have saved at least one
upload...
As new translations are involved, expect some delay for
proofreading....
