[ddts] rapport hebdo

Un traducteur polonais, Bartosz Zapa?owski, travaille un peu sur
ddtc, en particulier pour n'envoyer qu'un seul courriel par commande
« mail ».
Après m'être occupé de ddtc, je suis en train de récrire certains
morceaux du serveur, en particulier le contenu du fichier journal
afin de pouvoir l'analyser côté client si nécessaire.
J'ai donc retrouvé le module Perl qui pertmet de transformer les
=?[...]?=.
Vous ne pouvez utiliser qu'une seule adresse pour le ddts, si vous
apparaissez plusieurs fois avec des adresses différentes merci de
me l'indiquer et de me donner celle que vous souhaitez conserver.
