On peut ne pas le traduire. Moi je traduirai comme :
Les outils Debian de gestion de paquets apt et dpkg ont été considérablement
améliorés dans cette version. Maintenant apt permet de choisir la distribution
dans laquelle télécharger certains paquets, par exemple testing ou unstable,
tout en gardant le gros des paquets dans la distribution stable.
