Subject: "Debian packages" link *very* obsolete

Hello,

As a french user, I usually get Debian's site in french. The problem is
that the french page under "Debian packages" link has not been updated since
the creation of the testing distribution. Thus I have differences between
what I see by FTP and what I get from that page.
Moreover, I can get this page only in french, so I can't turn to the
english version to query the "testing" distribution. This is because the name
of the page is the same for all languages, namely
http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages, so my web browser always finds the
french version from its cache (whether it be Konqueror, Netscape or Mozilla).
Thus is it possible to do two things :

1) update the page (in french, and maybe in other languages) to take testing
in account. Sorry, I don't know enough about HTML to do it myself.
2) have the page hold a different name according to the language :
packages.en.html, packages.fr.html, etc.

  Thanks in advance,
