The english language doesn't order words like other languages.
For that reason, the french localization looks ugly in the
dselect package list.
For example:
"Up-to-date Required packages" is a concatenation of three strings.
In French, we would like to have:
"Packages Up-to-date Required"
The solution is to gather "Up-to-date" and "Required" in a single
string %s in "%s packages".
