Finnish translation of boot-floppies/utilities/dbootstrap

Hi,

the Finnish translation of dbootstrap can be found in the following
location.

I have updated many of the old translations and translated the untranslated
messages.

I also created the missing finnish.src. I'm not quite sure what the
arch-parameter is for in the language variant item. I made it. Please
correct me if this is wrong.

I suggest that 'finnish' can now be added to the list of generated
translations and added in Debian 3.0r2.

The one untranslated message is about Dvhtool. If someone knows how to
translate it into Finnish, please help out.

Also feel free to make corrections or suggestions about the translation to
me.
