Review to a MIA template

[ please keep me in CC, I'm not subscribed to the ML ]

Hello debian-l10n-en!

I've been poked about a recent template for the MIA team I recently
added.
This email is to be used near the final steps of a MIA process, after
all relevant packages are orphaned, to query about the future of
somebody's account.

According to Paul Wise, it "contains a number of typos and grammatical
issues", both of which would be nice to clear out :)

Now, without further ado, here is the text in question:

Hallo $foo,

As announced XXX weeks ago I went over your packages and orphaned them.

However I still need some indication on how we should proceed with your
Debian account — after the orphaning your account is technically idle,
and an idle accounted poses a security risk for the project.

Let me tell you about the options. I rank them a bit in the view of the
MIA team with the most favourable mentioned first.

The best thing of course would be if you could get active again. This
would make the best reason to close the MIA process for good and retain
you your account.

Otherwise, considering retirement would be anoption. Retirement has
the advantage that this would be a graceful exit which gives also the
benefit of easier return if you so desire in the future.
Let me know if this could be an option for you and I can provide with
pointers how to do that (but I hope you go for option 1…).

The least preferable option would be not to answer at all. This will
eventually lead to a where-art-though (WAT) ping and if you do not
answer to this ping as well your account will be closed by the Debian
Account Manager and therefore removing you from the project. Note that
to come back after this happen you will need to go through a full-length
NM process.

Please be assured that the MIA team is not asking you to rash any
decision right now, but it would be great if you could answer within
the next 3 months.

Remember that you are always very welcome to resume contributions at any
time, even if you go for option 2 or 3.

Thank you for all your past and hopefully future contributions to Debian!

Regards,
