Well, as far as I'm concerned the best thing to get via a mailinglist
is a copy of (or URL pointing at) the actual current text source
before it's converted into PDF format, so that I can provide diffs
or revised versions.  Unfortunately your text version is just
different enough from that PDF source to make it a bit pointless to go
through finding the places where it has typos and missing commas and
so on.
