No need to capitalise "Server" or (below) "Client".

This is a bit long.  Libraries don't usually list all their reverse
dependencies (even in the long description, let alone the synopsis),
but if you want to keep them you could make it:

  Description: folder synchronization for mirall/ownCloud client - libraries

A more radical approach to shortening the synopses would be to use
something like:

  Package: libowncloudsync0
  Description: ownCloudSync folder synchronization - libraries

This would be tidier, but perhaps less informative.
