If imagemagick-dbg is installed, this command is no-op, even when some
of the packages imagemagick-dbg suggests are _not_ installed.
On the other hand, if some of the packages imagemagick-dbg transitively
depends on are not installed, you could end up with something like this:
0 upgraded, 889 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 1055 MB of archives.
After this operation, 3520 MB of additional disk space will be used.
