If users really need to be told this, shouldn't the information be in
the packages' descriptions so that they can use it to decide whether
to install uim-ajax-ime and uim-social-ime in the first place?
Telling them at this stage seems like debconf abuse.

In each case, distinguish the synopsis and fix the grammar:

  _Description: Security warning for http://ajaxime.chasen.org:
All requests to the Ajax-IME server go over the Internet unencrypted.

  _Description: Security warning for http://www.social-ime.com:
All requests to the Social-IME server go over the Internet unencrypted.

The package descriptions are also badly in need of some work.
