Yes, this looks better. But original description suggests to install
"kanjidic" package because kdrill only recommends kanjidic | kanadic.
What about something like this:

   This package provides a graphical program for learning Japanese
   characters, which also doubles as a dictionary lookup program.
   It requires a dictionary package, such as kanjidic (for learning
   kanji) or kanadic (for learning hiragana or katakana), although
   you can specify a custom dictionary file on the command line.

It converts text files with pairs <symbol><translation> to kanjidic
format. It is also used to compile dictionaries for kanadic package.

I think this description is ok.
