Agreed. Moreover, the --help output indicates the version in Debian
hasn't got support for POSIX ACLs compiled in, so it's a choice
between:

Moreover, it provides standard management of file ownership and
permissions.
Or homogenise it to:
* manage file ownership and permissions.
Or keep it as:
[...] and moreover it provides
standard management of file ownership and permissions.
Obviously, I preferred that third option.
