Yes. I can't promise that you won't get translation updates *anyway*
but this will limit their number.
If you get translation updates for the unreviewed templates, I suggest
applying them to your ${VCS}. That will help when you reach the second
duty of yours: send a call for translation updates when the reviewed
templates are considered to be OK.
