Two language tweaks: "give credit" and "commercial use" are fixed
expressions and don't need the plural.
This never states that CC means "Creative Commons"; probably we should
expand them more (CC0 being "No Rights Reserved"). Giving both forms
would also help tie together "Attribution" and "cc-by".
CC.org consistently uses camelcase for NonCommercial and ShareAlike,
and writes "CC BY-NC-SA", so I suppose we should too in the text.
