Only the name proper will be emphasised in XHTML. This intends to grasp
both ports GNU/Linux and GNU/kFreeBSD without naming either.
Both stylesheets are attached in new versions with this message. I found a
mechanism to replace the text insert "the section called" with the better
"the section". At the same time a choice of proper UTF-8 characters enabled
me to encode opening and closing citations. They will certainly appear in
the rendering of a full fledged browser, albeit not with `lynx', nor with
`nroff'. Perhaps another pair of UTF-8 characters would do the same for the
manual page. At the moment both stylesheets are identically amended.
