Bug#554053: /usr/bin/debconf-updatepo: debconf-updatepo: generates extra lines in POT if Default is marked translatable

Package: po-debconf
Version: 1.0.16
Severity: normal
File: /usr/bin/debconf-updatepo

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

Marking the Default field translatable in a template file repeats a couple of
lines when generating the POT file (example for apt-cacher-ng):

#. Type: select
#. Choices
#. Type: select
#. Default
#: ../apt-cacher-ng.templates:2001 ../apt-cacher-ng.templates:2002
msgid "Set up once"
msgstr ""

Normally the Default field should not be marked as such, but it is an easy
mistake and debconf-updatepo should be able to rise above it.
