Ah, that's a lot less likely to be taken for a Lenny release
announcement than last time!

Too many semicolons.
It's not obvious why an error message from aptitude should mean a
failed install. Does the new d-i really still use the buggy version
of apt mentioned in the archived bug #473559? Or is this a
different issue?
Don't say both that other languages may have the same problem and
that they shouldn't. Besides, it's the writing system that's the
problem, not the language!
* Installations in Russian (and possibly Japanese) may fail due to
an error from aptitude - most other locales seem unaffected;

Missing space.

Again s/;/ -/

The implied subject is "the graphical installer", but that's awkward
after the previous bulletpoint had a different overt subject.
Bulleted lists of only two elements are clumsy anyway. How about
eliminating the inner <ul> and saying:
* i386/amd64: GRUB installation on cpqarray RAID volumes
(/dev/ida/cXdX) may fail;
* PowerPC: the graphical installer should work on almost all
systems with ATI graphics cards, but probably not others;
* Touchpads should work with the graphical installer, but support
may be suboptimal - if you experience problems, you should
use an external mouse instead.
