Those aren't examples of a rule that would justify "Workgroup/Domain
name:" - I understood you to be saying that disjunctions can cause
the duplication of sentence boundary markers, such as initial
capitalisation. But we don't write:
Oven- and Dishwasher-safe dishes go in here.
Angels can dance both on pin-heads. and -points.
Over/Underweight people can have trouble buying clothes.
