Actually, frankly speaking, I'm hesitating to keep this "verything in
one bug report" choice.

From the last call for updates that was run this way (elilo), about
1/3 of the translation updates were still sent as separate bug
reports, while the other 2/3 were sent in the single bug report opened
for this.

Another drawback is having late translation updates reported to the
single bug report...*after* that bug report is closed by an upload.

So, indeed, unless someone convinces me, it's quite likely that I
revert this....
