Neither of this. xrdp relies on the work done by rdesktop on the reverse
engineering of the RDP protocol. Code is not shared by I think that the
author of xrdp helps himself with the code of rdesktop too. I mention
rdesktop to catch users searching for rdesktop with apt-cache.

Based on your remark, here is a new version:

Based on the work of rdesktop, xrdp uses the Remote Desktop Protocol to
present the user with a graphical login to a distant server. xrdp can
connect the user to a VNC server, another RDP server or an X11 session.

Microsoft Windows users can connect to a system running xrdp without
installing additional software.

Thanks for your input !
