It was the ocsinventory-agent thread, but it wasn't really a discussion.
I don't have a strong preference myself, and actually use both depending
on the situation.
Typographically the shaped quotes are generally used, but there is no
consistency in literature as to single/double quotes. I think we can
pick either without anyone being able to say that it is wrong. It is
definitely a personal style choice, but it is a small one in my eyes.
I think we either just pick one, and we have used one style so far, or
just keep whatever the maintainer chose, as I don't think consistency
here is crucial.
