[RFR2] templates://radiusd-livingston/{templates}

Please find, for review, the debconf templates and control file for
radiusd-livingston.

I adopted all of the comments from Christian and Justin and am
resubmitting this RFR just in case someone else wants to take a
look.

This review has only a few more days left and is scheduled to end
May 20, 2007.

Thanks,

Kevin
