These templates are debconf abuse, definitely.

However, experience shows that maintainers often do not follow such
advice and I prefer properly written abusive template than non
rewritten templates.

Here ar eproposed changes to templates (I have no comment for the
control file).

Rationale:

-notes short descriptions should avoid using full sentences but are
rather a kind of "title", hence my rewrite. Please note that the final
dot is deliberately ommitted.

- I use a short introduction in the templates' long descriptions to
balance the fact that I propose "titles" as short descriptions.
