The message reads, in part:
Note that on a Debian system, nobody is member of the "users" group by
default, so local users have to be added manually!
Reading that sentence quickly makes it easy to read "nobody" as the user
"nobody" (uid=65534). I suggest it would be clearer to say:
... no one is a member of the "users" group ...
or
... by default, the "users" group has no members ...
Also, while we're at it, "Note that on a Debian sytem" can be dropped,
as it really doesn't add any information.
[Oh, and, actually, I think the first user you create in baseconfig
does, indeed, get added to users]
