Hello,

I maintain the web page

    http://www.mathematik.uni-kl.de/~wwwstoch/voss/comp/vote.html

about the Debian voting system.  The purpose of this page is to
help with the upcoming revision of our voting system.

The page is meant to give sound and easy-to understand explanations.
But as I'm no native speaker of english, I found it sometimes
difficult to explain things.

Could somebody please look over my page and help me to convert it to
clear and correct English?
