make sponsors.nl.html geeft hier geen problemen

regel 2395 van sponsors.nl.html ziet eruit als volgt:
<a href="http://www.rcs-rds.ro";>RCS&amp;RDS</a>

teken 37 op die regel is &amp;
ik zie niet wat daaraan fout zou kunnen zijn
iemand?
