Delete "</a>"-s left behind between <h2> and </h2> tags.
This was a regression since English 1.72.
For Polish, also switch two remaining "<h1><a name>"-s to "<h2 id>"-s.
For Romanian, also make a correction by replacing one "<h1>" with "<h2>".
