m68k.d.o doesn't reply to HTTP requests anymore, so fix links to point to
svn.cyberhqz.org rather than there (which these links should point to anyhow,
since that contains far more recent wanna-build code than whatever is on
m68k.d.o)
That leaves the link in ports/m68k/links.wml, but that's for another time (it
might still come back, not sure).
