Bug#277750: shadow: [intl:nl] Debconf dialog for entering root password is too long

The current dialog for entering the root password in Dutch currently does
not fit on one screen. This has the consequence of a slightly more confusing
screen shown to users when installting Debian.

Though the fix will probably not be in sarge, please consider shorten this
down.
