I can see where the confusion comes from. The language name is CZech,
the country is CZechia, the country code is CZ, but the language code
is CS.

 - please delete "cz" entry altogether
 - for "cs" keep the <debian-l10n-czech@lists.debian.org> address as
   it is safer than mailing potentially inactive translators.
