The libgpg-error package is translated through The Translation Project and it's libgpg-error package mainainer's responsibility to publish the message template there <http://translationproject.org/domain/libgpg-error.html>. As you can se the maintainer have not done it (the last available version is 1.7). If you persuade the mainatainer to do it, all translators will get notified automatically and after they sumbmit their updates, upstream can collect them to add them back to the new release. -- Petr
