userland 涵盖的范围确实比用户程序要大，包括一些底层的库程序、文件系统等。

我重新调整了下翻译，加上了译注：

The goal is to support both 32-bit and 64-bit userland on this architecture.

目标是在此架构上同时支持 32 位和 64 位的用户空间（译注：这里的“用户空间”，英文原为 userland,是相对于 kernel space 内核空间的一个概念，具体可以参阅：https://www.linux.org/threads/gnu-userland.11066/）。

Personally I don't find those arguments convincing enough so I will leave this Merge Request open for other Chinese translators to decide. Meanwhile, you are welcomed to contribute to other contents for this repo.
