Hi!

The Translation Project Translation team for Belarusian lists i18n@mova.org as the team e-mail. This e-mail is no longer valid. I propose to change it to debian-l10n-belarusian@lists.debian.org as it is the most appropriate one of current lists. 

I'd also changed the Team site from http://www.i18n.linux.by/ to https://wiki.debian.org/be/L10n/Belarusian . 

Yes, the list and the wiki are distribution-specific, but anyone can send to the list and register and edit the wiki, and these places can suffer lost interest of maintainers, as it was the case several times now.
