Belarusian translation of Release notes: lost in BTS, advice needed

Hello, Martin!

Sorry for bothering you directly, but it seems you are the person
who can help to understand what can be done with Belarusian
translation of lenny release notes.

If it's more proper to ask in debian-doc or debian-i18n instead,
please, let me know. Frankly, I'd like to not generate redundant
traffic related to so particular question.

The problem itself is in following.

After lenny r0 release you've stated in debian-i18n mailing list, that
new translations of release notes are still welcome. Taking this into
account I've continued translation work, although Belarusian
translation failed to satisfy deadlines for r0.

On March 31 (respecting deadline for r1) I've submitted a bug against
'release-notes' pseudo-package, which was assigned #521795 in BTS.
Report contained gzipped po's for Belarusian language, reviewed by our
team.

As I understand, this is an official way to commit translations for
those translators, who have no SVN commit permissions.

Unfortunately, neither translation was added to release notes,
nor any feedback was provided on bug 521795 for more than 2 weeks.

I understand that there's not always enough resources to process all
requests immediately (especially requests like this one, asking for
addition of new translation in last possible day). And I completely
understand that although all automatical tests were passed, our
translation could be improperly packaged, or submitted in wrong
manner or so.

Question now is: what can be done (if can be done at all) to make
things move forward?

I'd be extremely grateful for good advice from you, if possible.

Thanks in advance.
