Switching to aptitude 0.3

I just discovered that the PO file in Arabeyes CVS, for aptitude (d-i
level3), still was the translation for aptitude 0.2


As all l10n effort for aptitude now goes for 0.3 (the only version
with UTF-8 support anyway), I have switched the file to this and
updated my automated sync scripts for the d-i "levels".

This was made by merging strings from aptitude 0.2 so no work has been
lost.
