Thanks for reporting this bug! It's changed for the upcoming release
(which will now be rather a 7.2 than a 7.1.1, due to many changes).
Also, I think that all COUNTRY variables must be uppercase, at least
that's what the specs for setting regulatory domains for wireless LAN
suggest to me, so I'll set COUNTRY="CZ".
