Re: Bad knoppix 7.0 DVD: please replace

Hi.. My comment is coming from a fellow end user..

Have never gone that route myself so forgive if it is not how you made
the purchase but :: Did you try taking your copy along with your
magazine and receipt back to your point of purchase? Or what is it
something like a regularly mailed item..... well, which still leaves
it open that THAT vendor had the product in hand last.

Wonder how the pot holes got there.. Out loud ponderings would be
machine error in mass processing..

Of course there is always that "something else" that would cause what
I'm gathering is multiple references causing negative publicity
towards a very nice, extremely accessible operating system program..
Knoppix is one of the latest notably gaining traction in part thanks
to these very Fingertips and based unscientifically on my personal
inbox that processes hundreds of thousands of emails over time.....

So sorry to hear you had problems.. Here's to a speedy resolution.

Cindy-Sue :)
