I never had a problem with Nero in all my years using computer. I am
using copy iso image directly. Is it different from what you are
suggesting? I will surely look at Imgburn.

I tried burning at lowest possible speed 1x. No joy.

DVD image is fine. I can boot using Virtual Box. I ran testdvd and it passed.

I am using media from Sony. It is DVD +R .One strange thing is till
late last version of Knoppix 5.3.1 I was able to copy iso image on
DVD+RW without issue. I am using HP NX 6325 to burn DVD. Not sure
about brand of DVD writer. I did try burning using k3b on Linux
desktop. In this case DVD write was LG. But as I said I never had a
problem burning DVD in past. I have a hunch that size may be the
problem.

Thanks
